Shipment processing time

All orders are usually processed within 2-3 business days and are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within Australia when you spend over $80. We ship with Australia Post locally.

We offer free shipping on orders over $100 to New Zealand.

Your item(s) are expected to be delivered within 1-7 business days after the items have been picked up by our delivery carrier.

All of our customers will receive a shipping notification email and tracking number once the order is sent.

As we’ve just launched our small online business, we’re currently focusing on providing the best possible service within our local area. At this stage, we’re unable to offer overseas shipping, but we truly appreciate your interest and support. As we continue to grow, we hope to expand our shipping options in the future—so stay tuned!

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Lazy Sloth Group is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
